Shipping policy
Sam Elizabeth Design ships to USA only. All orders include FREE shipping. If special circumstances arise that require shipping costs be paid by the customer, the request will be communicated and agreed upon by the customer prior to charge.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A postal tacking number will be sent to the email address provided to complete your order as soon as it is available. Sam Elizabeth Design is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred by the postal carrier.
Our products are handmade TO ORDER.
We do our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days, however, it could take up to 5 business days to ship the products.
Orders that will take more than 5 business days to ship are considered delayed, and the customer will be notified of the delay via the email address provided.
If you have questions regarding the current shipping times of a particular item, or need help tracking your package, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help!
When placing custom or wholesale orders, customers will be notified of estimated shipping times prior to placing the order, and we will do our best to adhere to the times provided.
Customers are responsible for postage charges associated with all returns and/or exchanges. Sam Elizabeth Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages being returned. We strongly recommend our customers use postal insurance and tracking when returning/exchanging items. Please see our return policy for more information.
